John was among the celebrities attending the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, California. He and Ella posed side-by-side for red carpet photos, with the latter linking her arm through her father’s as they smiled for the cameras.

After seeing the father-daughter duo on social media, some people thought Ella bore a strong resemblance to her famous father, with one person stating, “SHe is his twin [sic]. His beautiful daughter❤️.” Another commenter, after watching a video of the two, remarked, “All I see is her dad, lol. Like his mini me [sic].”

But, other fans also saw a resemblance to Uma Thurman’s character from “Pulp Fiction,” in which John co-starred. “She looks like she can star in “Pulp Fiction,” one observer suggested.

Similar to their appearance at the Academy Museum Gala, the duo wore matching black outfits. The “Face-Off” actor sported a dark blazer, matching T-shirt, blue jeans, rectangular sunglasses, and a gold chain. He completed the look with black dress shoes. His daughter complemented his look with her matching two-piece ensemble.

Ella’s outfit included a sleeveless black cropped top, showing off her toned midriff, paired with high-waisted trousers. She finished the look with a black beret, a bob haircut, and strappy heels. John’s daughter accessorized with a pendant necklace, a bracelet, and a sling bag.
