She may be smiling, but this girl did the most shocking crime in American History

This is Jennifer Pan — the sweet, piano-playing, church-going, straight-A daughter that every parent dreamed of.

On November 8, 2010, she did something so cold and calculated that it still shocks people today.

She hired two hitmen to murder her own parents in their family home while she was inside the house.

• Her mother was shot in the head and killed instantly.
• Her father was shot multiple times but survived by pretending to be dead.

Jennifer sat calmly downstairs pretending to be a victim who had been tied up by “home invaders.” She even called 911 and acted devastated.

Why?

Her immigrant parents were extremely strict. They wanted her to become a pharmacist and controlled every part of her life.
